| SAFE WORK PRACTICES GUIDELINES
The following general safe work practices are essential for the safety of all TankTech personnel and subcontractors.
(a) Use a common sense approach in all tasks
(b) Be alert and responsible at all times
(c) Follow all safety precautions and adhere to all safety requirements in the area
and/or specific site.
This means:
Read and pay strict attention to all safety and warning signs.
Wear the appropriate protective equipment and clothing.
Do not run in the working area.
Do not smoke in prohibited areas.
Do not attempt to operate any site machinery or apparatus unless you have explicit operation.
Do not leave tools, equipment and/or rubbish lying around. Put tools and equipment away and dispose of rubbish in the appropriate manner.
Report all injuries and ‘near-misses' to both your supervisor and the site supervisor.
Report the existence of any hazardous situations to your supervisor immediately.

PROJECT QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN
QUALITY POLICY
TankTech Pty. Ltd. located in Adelaide, has the necessary trained staff, facilities and resources to clean, inspect and repair industrial tanks and to carry out underwater diving operations in both the marine and onshore industries.
Our staff has a wealth of experience and expertise that is used to produce and promote continual development of our services with the aim of always meeting the customer's expectations in providing quality services on time and at competitive prices.
Our company understands quality to be Conformance to Requirements and satisfying the needs of our customers. Our goal is to generate an appropriate profit and business growth whilst simultaneously making TankTech the first choice in the industry.
We believe that for long term success the provision of quality products and services are essential. To ensure quality products and services are provided, a Quality Management System based on AS/NZS ISO 9001 1994 and incorporating quality assurance, continuous improvements and customer satisfaction has been implemented.
To ensure conformance with this Quality Assurance Policy a Quality Manual has been produced for the use and guidance of TankTech Pty. Ltd. personnel. It establishes the responsibilities and documented procedures necessary to ensure the quality assurance of goods and services provided by the workshop and sites.
The object of this policy is to ensure our customers have complete confidence in TankTech's ability to meet their specific requirements, not only with products but also with supply and service.
This policy is issued to clearly indicate the strong commitment by management towards the achievement of quality in all our activities. The support of every employee to the Quality Management System and continuous improvement is sought, to ensure the quality of our products and services is maintained.

POLICY STATEMENT
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
TANKTECH PTY LTD acknowledges its environmental responsibilities and ranks them equally with its Business Objectives, Quality Assurance System and Safety Management System.
It is therefore the policy of TANKTECH PTY LTD to design, implement, monitor and maintain the highest possible standards of environmental management control for the works we undertake.
In order to achieve this we will:
Comply with the environmental policies and practices of our clients.
Comply with all relevant legislative requirements.
Identify any deficiencies in our business practices and implement all possible precautions to eliminate or minimise potentially adverse affects on the environment.
Ensure continuous monitoring of our Management System and where any deficiencies are identified make the appropriate adjustment.
Provide training and education in environmental matters for all our employees with regard to company and individual responsibilities.
Ensure that all our subcontractors comply with the requirements of Tanktech Pty Ltd – Environmental Management Plan.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE
Tanktech is actively committed to undertaking the following:
Promoting the highest standards of Health, Safety and Loss control by the provision, implementation and monitoring of a pro-active Safety Management System.
Providing a safe, healthy workplace with safe systems of work, competent supervisors, on-going training and safe plant and equipment.
Protection of company assets from accidental damage, fire, loss or theft.
Conserving the resources and property of all our clients.
Minimising the impact of our operations on the environment.
In addition, this document will help to ensure that the statutory requirements of the South Australia OHS&W Act 1986 (including all relevant supporting legislation) and the specific requirements of each individual workplace and construction project is addressed.
Resources will be made available to the workshop and sites to enable compliance with all the foregoing and thus ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, subcontractor, visitors and the general public.
We will use the processes of hazard identification, assessment, control, monitoring and training as the steps in the prevention of accidents and incidents which have the potential to inflict loss or damage to personnel, property or the environment.
Tanktech believes that Occupational Health and Safety is both the individual and shared responsibility of all personnel at all organisational levels.
Hence, Occupational Health Safety and Welfare is of equal priority as productivity, efficiency and quality assurance.
